“What happens in a session?”
All new clients begin with a brief intake call to connect, answer questions, peel back some masks, and feel what’s alive.
Our relationship is the basis of everything we do, so establishing a genuine connection is key. You should never feel like you’re working with a stranger.
A session might include: gestalt practices, talk coaching, emotional release, improv games, cuddling, initiatory experiences and ceremonies, moving around my space, music, dancing, and communication technology.
Life doesn’t unfold in a pre-determined way. Since my work is imbued with Life, I also work spontaneously, following the aliveness of what’s true between us. Where we intersect is bespoke and highly curated.
At the same time, I have offerings to help us decide how we might want to journey.
Relationships and growth take time and practice. Occasionally one-off experientials or a package of 3 sessions meets what’s needed for a client. In general, you'll experience the most sustained results when we work together consistently, over time. I’ve seen the most profound changes when couples and individuals work with me for 3+ months.

We move at the pace of our relationship
This means we move based on what is true between us in each moment as the minutes and sessions go by. You never have to wonder what I’m thinking, or what I want—I’ll tell you. You also get to practice discerning and asking for what you want. “Collecting your yes’s and no’s” can be one of the most potent parts of our relationship.

Cancellations within 48 hours allow one rescheduling possibility. Cancellations within 48 hours require forfeiture of your deposit and a $100 re-booking fee.
In the rare case that I have to cancel, I will return your deposit.
I offer legal relationship coaching that can include touch-based work. Our work is private, professional, & 100% confidential.
It’s important to note that, although our work together may be therapeutic, it is not therapy. At any time we both have the invitation to add a teammate. This could be another sensual professional, trauma therapist, or medicine guide. In working with me, you commit to recognizing that adding other parties to your journey may significantly benefit and expedite your growth.
