Hello,

I am a ceremonialist, nurse, certified relationship coach, sexological body-worker, certified cuddle therapist, wilderness guide, and psychedelic coach, and KAP nurse (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy), with 20 years’ experience in ceremony, meditation, psychology, religion and somatics.

As a nurse for 11+ years, I spent 7 years in Emergency Departments across the United States, including a year in NYC during Covid. I’ve worked on death row and in solitary confinement, and supported many people in the death and dying process in Hospice.

My spiritual background includes 15+ years in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, gnostic Christianity, the shamanic lineage of Carlos Castaneda, and Ritual BDSM. I’ve been initiated into wisdom and medicine traditions across cultures and countries—from bwiti and iboga in Gabon, to Tibetan dzogchen empowerments, to a 6-week Temple Training in New Zealand. I’m an assistant with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts).

What makes working with me unique? 

In another life I was an Emergency Nurse, wilderness guide and first-responder. I’m intimately familiar with how the body and nervous systems communicate what they need and desire—and how to bring those desires to LIFE. 

I use energetics, touch, and intuitive, somatic, gestalt, shamanic, and trauma-trained practices to support you in releasing the bound-up energy in powerful yet regulated ways—so you can re-deploy this energy into all areas of your life.

I’ve done the work

I’ve learned that my own thoughts and emotions always exist in an infinately large context—and yet pain is real. By leaning in again and again to my shadows, attachments and stories, I know that the pain of others is also real—and yet, is also much less solid than it seems in a moment.

I know that nothing in you is broken or unworkable.

I have the unique ability to constantly see the ember in you… ready to be re-ignited into your personal fire. Even in your most entrenched moments, I help you get underneath what you shy away from, find FUN, and be in intimacy.

It’s a rare person who can do this alone

It can be overwhelming, confusing, and feel like a lot of work to lean into the hurt, disappointment, shame, as well as incredible joy and wild happiness inherent in life & sexuality.

I find it’s best, fastest and easiest to have a guide.  Someone who has traveled (and continues to travel) the journey—and who can give you the time, attention, knowledge, and confidence to navigate through your own.

As a nurse and intimacy coach with an extensive background in trauma, death, eros and transformation, I have the grit and insight in how to work with suffering—physical pain, grief, hopelessness, and just plain awkardness. I’ve learned to make a difference in people’s lives in a matter of minutes; to dive in and find the unspoken questions and fears, with lightness, depth, and compassion.

  • I’ve worked in emergency medicine, hospice, corrections, including death row, and oncology. I am passionate about those who serve, work and have lived in these arenas; I consider them my brothers and sisters, and it is my honor to support them.

  • You will be stunned at how seemingly simple, loving, down-regulating touch can change how you feel, connect, sleep, and make split-second decisions.

  • Trained through Somatica as a Sex & Relationship Coach, I specialize in working with men in all relationship status’ (monogamous, polyamorous, etc) to uncover their desires, and find all the beautiful ways to get those met.

  • I am certified through PRATI (Psychedelic Research and Training Institute) in KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy). I have also established deep relationships with numerous plant medicines over the years, and am also trained as a medicine integration coach.
